Overwatch Counseling Services

You keep holding everything together; inside it is coming apart

A private clinical practice for adults and couples who are strong, capable, and exhausted from carrying more than anyone realizes.

You are the one people rely on

Here, you do not have to be the strong one

You are the one people rely on; at work, at home, in every crisis. You solve problems; you keep moving; you say you are fine. Inside, it feels heavy, lonely, and relentless.

Counseling is where you do not have to be the strong one for a moment; where you can finally say how bad it has felt and begin to imagine a different way of living.

What counseling feels like

A comfortable place. An honest conversation. A different way forward.

Overwatch Counseling Services offers traditional counseling shaped for people who have spent years overriding their own needs. This is not about labeling you as broken; it is about understanding why you feel the way you do and what could be different.

In counseling, you and your therapist:

  • name what has actually happened and what it has cost
  • notice patterns that once protected you and now keep you stuck
  • explore how those patterns affect your relationships, your work and your sense of self
  • practice new ways of thinking, feeling and relating that create room for rest and connection

You will not be told what to do. You will be offered clear choices and supported in making deliberate decisions that hold up in real life.

Ways we can work together

Help for stress, anxiety, burnout, trauma and strain at home, for one person or for the whole family. Sessions happen in person, by telehealth, or on a walk.

Who we help

People who carry a lot for others

Many clients are good at handling things for everyone else. They come in when the strain shows up in sleep, mood, work or home.

Veterans, SOF and tactical professionals

People whose work asked a lot of them for a long time, including Special Operations Forces.

First responders and helping professionals

EMS, fire, law enforcement, clinicians and others who look after people, often before themselves.

Clinical skill, shaped by Army Special Operations

Overwatch Counseling Services is led by Will Kimmins, LCPC, a licensed clinical professional counselor with a long history in high consequence environments. Before becoming a therapist, Will served for more than two decades in the U.S. Army, much of it within Army Special Operations, carrying responsibility for people and decisions that mattered.

That background shapes how he practices. He understands what it means to hold difficult stories, to perform at a high level, and to feel the impact in private. Clients experience him as calm, clear and unflinching; someone who can hear the full truth without turning away.
